Corporate Controller

The Corporate Business Controller is fully involved in the country strategy and he/she has a 360 view on all financial and strategic aspects of the company. He/She is be responsible for the budget processing, performance analysis, data consolidation and forecasting. He/She is able to interpret final data and formulate specific action plans, checking its implementation for the area of ​​competence.

 

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

  • Data transformation-oriented;
  • Ability to analyze, problem solving, result and customer orientation;
  • Organizational and planning skills;
  • Accuracy and reliability;
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in large distribution/retail/FMCG or structured business realities (4-5 years);
  • Degree in economics or management engineering or equivalent;
  • Good knowledge of English both written and spoken.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO? ️

  • Provide accurate and on-time daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reporting and communications on financial KPIs;
  • Monthly Closing reports and communication to the international headquarter;
  • Monthly preparation of content and key-messages of the Performance Reviews;
  • Anticipation of the coming results and elements that could impact the business by participation in the construction of monthly landing, rolling forecast, budget and strategic plan;
  • Supporting the digital transformation & SAP Project by continuously improvement of existing reports, develop strong analysis to follow the new business models;
  • Ad-hoc analysis and studies on-demand on specific business-related topics;
  • Coordination of the CSR non-financial KPI collection process;
  • Frequent oral and written communications to international partners in English.
