IT Workplace Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Workplace Manager to lead the operational and technical management of our Digital Workplace — spanning our Headquarters, logistics hubs, and over 1,200 retail stores.
You’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding Digital Employee Experience (DEX), ensuring security, reliability, and scalability across our entire organization.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the full lifecycle of devices and software — from procurement to decommissioning.
- Manage Active Directory / Azure AD, SCCM / Intune, and implement Autopilot and Zero-Touch Deployment strategies.
- Administer and optimize Google Workspace, driving adoption of AI-powered collaboration tools (eg Gemini).
- Coordinate Digital Workplace services and support teams (2nd/3rd level), ensuring consistent service quality across all stores.
- Define hardware/software standards, manage budgets and vendors, and continuously improve the Digital Employee Experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing large-scale endpoint environments (1,000+ devices).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, AD/Azure AD, SCCM / Intune, UEM/MDM, and automation scripting (PowerShell, Google Apps Script).
- Experience with Google Workspace administration and AI integration (Gemini).
- Familiarity with EDR, Zero Trust security, and ITIL-based processes.
- Excellent English communication skills
Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years in IT Workplace or End-User Computing management roles.
- Experience in large-scale organizations (Retail, Banking, Telco, or similar).
- Certifications like ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, Microsoft, or Google are a plus.
- A strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments.
